Everything we do is shaped by Sophie Grey, our founder and team leader, who’s been putting food on plates (and smiles on faces) ever since catering for 6th form parties at her school. Now, with some thirty years experience, Sophie retains every bit of her youthful sparkle, and she looks for that same mix of drive and enthusiasm in everyone who works with her.

Sophie’s head baker, Karen Street, has been baking for many years and works closely with Sophie developing new recipes and ideas as well as creating the amazing cakes that are becoming increasingly more popular with our customers. Karen’s team work through the night so that our own shelves are stocked, ready for the next day and all our wholesale customers receive their products in time for business the following day.
